Update......
A lot has been going on, on my quest to become a better photographer…. I have been spending a lot of time learning about the “technical” details about the digital camera - things like, f stops, shutter speeds, aperture and crop factor!
I have been out on my “field trips” and have been practicing my shots and then coming back and reviewing them and posting them on 500px to get feedback from other photographers. If you get a chance - take a look at my latest work. Hopefully, I am improving and getting better :)
My equipment has been working just great - I do think that I need a “All Purpose” lens so I don’t have to keep changing my lens. A good 18 - 135mm or 200 would do just fine.
I am also learning about post processing - something that I forgot about with the digital camera! I have been using LightRoom and like it. The interface is clean and it manages all my pictures.
I have been taking all my pictures in the RAW format (big files) - but a lot of data is captured and helps out during the post processing.
As the weekend comes, wondering where my “Field Trip” will be…..
